I don’t know my child’s appropriate group level?: All new junior players wanting to be placed in non-beginner groups will require evaluation – please get in touch via contact@infinitefuturetennis.com and provide the following information: parent’s name, email, phone number and player’s name, date of birth, tennis experience.
I don’t know my appropriate group level?: For players new to tennis, we recommend starting in our Beginner groups.

We do not provide evaluations for Adult players. If you are unsure of your level, we recommend trying to find time for a drop-in clinic or private lesson in a previous session to find the right level group.

Once the session begins, if it seems you have registered for the incorrect level or fit based on the coach’s assessment, you will be notified and moved to the appropriate level group if schedules allow.
Do you provide make-ups for missed lessons?: Please note once registered, we expect your commitment for your placement and lesson time. The spot being held is a spot another student may be waiting for. No makeups are guaranteed, but we endeavor to fulfill a certain number of makeups for each session. Please check each session registration to confirm the number of makeups possible.

No credits, refunds, or carryovers to next sessions will be granted for missed lessons, UTR, play days, or fitness sessions.
What happens if it rains at Bergenfield?: Programs will be moved to Edgewater or provided makeups where possible

What is your cancellation and refund policy?: We do not provide refunds for confirmed lessons, however makeups can be provided with plenty of notice prior to lesson absence.

Court bookings have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows will be charged the full court fee.
What items and services do you have at the pro shop?: Edgewater Tennis Center has balls, string, dampeners, selection of kids shoes, kids racquets, and full-sized adult racquets. Stringing and grommet changes are available.
Are there other racquet sports at the facility?: Currently there are no other racquet sports available at either of our locations.
